Your role & responsibilities

Are you a young professional with a passion for the legal field? Ready to dive into a role that offers both challenge and opportunity? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and support our Corporate Legal Counsel in various areas as of January/February 2025.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Support Legal Work & Administration: Contribute to the efficient daily management of our legal responsibilities.
• Corporate Housekeeping Management: Oversee the entire process for group companies, including drafting minutes, special reports, translating corporate housekeeping documents, powers of attorney, monitoring deadlines, managing the signing process, and filing.
• Database Management: Keep our corporate database and other archives up to date.
• Legal Organizational Charts: Prepare and maintain up-to-date legal org charts.
• Company Establishment Support: Assist in the formation of companies, corporate deeds, restructurings, and follow-up with notaries and auditors.
• Company Administration: Handle publications in the Belgian Official Gazette, KBO, company files, and UBO requests.
• Compliance/Governance Projects: Support the Corporate Legal Counsel in compliance/governance functions and related projects.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

Are you a young professional eager to make your mark in the legal world? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Education & Experience:
  • You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in legal practice or an equivalent study.
  • A first experience as a paralegal is a plus.
• Skills & Interests:
  • You have an affinity with or interest in corporate law.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English (essential) and a decent knowledge of French (written).
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
• Personal Qualities:
  • You are discreet and loyal
  • You communicate in a respectful and correct way
  • You are hands-on and can work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner.
