Cresco is continuously striving to complement their team with highly skilled professionals within various competence centers. Currently they are looking for an experienced Lawyer in IP law, IT and Commercial law, who is eager to reinforce their Technology Team.

Your responsibilities

As a member of the Technology Team, you will be advising and assisting clients in the ICT sector. In particular, you will be responsible for structuring IP transactions and IP monetisation models, as well as drafting and negotiating all relevant civil agreements (inc. licences, co-development agreements, service and distribution contracts). Besides that, you will provide legal support in e-commerce, participate in creation of ecosystems for new developing technologies and creating partnership models.

Your profile

• Belgian Master’s degree in law with excellent academic record;
• Ideally min 3 years of experience with focus on IP and technology;
• Experience particularly in ICT, copyright and GDPR is a plus;
• Fluency in English and in Dutch;
• Excellent legal and interpersonal skills.
