The Labour & Employment team
Our Labour & Employment Law team, currently consists of 10 lawyers, including 3 partners and 2 senior attorneys. The team combines solid experience with in-depth knowledge of Belgian and European social law. We regularly intervene in the areas of employment and dismissal, transfers of companies, collective labour relations, remuneration and benefits, social security and supplemental pension plans. We support our clients at all stages of their projects, both in terms of advice and negotiation as well as litigation. For transnational or international files, we work closely together with top-tier foreign law firms (such as the Lex Mundi network).

- you have a first class Belgian law degree – additional education (e.g. in social law or pensions ) is a plus;
- you have at least 5 years of experience in social law in a reputable law firm;
- you have strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills;
- you are a team player, you have experience in leading a team and you are ready to monitor & educate a team of 4-5 junior profiles;
- you are dynamic, positive, efficient and perseverant;
- you are a fluent communicator in French with an excellent knowledge of English and a good command of Dutch.
